Autumn in Trentino

Last weekend me and couple of my collegues visited the food stalls/outdoor restaurant temporarily setup for the Autumn festival in Trento.
Live singing, lots of people (+dogs) and of course food (no dogs here...haha)! Typical food from the mountaneous regions of Trento like speck, polenta, cheese etc.! You can see the local (i presume) chefs cooking up a storm for roughly 100 people! And if you look closely there is a peculiar looking tortellini (purple colour so perhaps cabbage flavour??)!
