bah it's so hard to keep a food diary, i'm not even going to attempt to recall my diet yesterday!
but right now my focus is on replacing whites with browns and chocolates/sweets with peanut butter :p

Food diary number 1
Just before i go to bed i'm going to try and recall EVERYTHING that i've consumed today...
Morning: Skipped coz i slept in :P
Mid-day: Salmon (no vegetables at home today)
Afternoon: Vege wrap (bought it!) and an apple
Dinner: Vegetable noodles
Post-Dinner: Cream soup
My diet kinda sux right now. Can't even remember what i've eaten...forgot totally that i was supposed to keep a food diary. I should write it down when i eat it..what a bother! And i always wana eat noodles at night, damit :(

Losing weight!!
Wow it's been so long since my last blog and i'm not sure after this post, who will read it :P BECAUSE....I'm going to write mainly about my road to losing the kgs i've gained in Italy thanks to cheese and zero exercise except walking up from the train station :) Well, for awhile anyway (a few weeks?).
Well i've actually been going to the gym for a few weeks now, i don't really like it but i do feel better. But unfortunately i haven't been able to lose the last few kgs that i've been wanting to ...so.. gna stick to trying to eat less (or more healthy) aswel as gym...
Today, along with normal meals i've eaten a whole packet of chips :( so..i guess in writing this blog i'm kinda telling myself to start taking this more seriously cuz now it's all out there :P
Ok so for those who are wondering, i've gained 8 kgs since last year which made me 58 kgs!!
Since my return in late December, i haven't cut down on any food but i've been exercising for the past month and i've already lost 2 kgs...yes people i'm 56 kgs now :)
so...i'm not aiming for 50 kgs but definately under 54... 2 kgs may sound easy but it's really not!!!
Ok so no more chips :(
from tomorrow i'll post a food diary!! how exhilarating for the readers :P
